U.S. Premiere of Michael Gordon’s “Big Space”
In 2018, I collaborated with Michael Gordon to put together the U.S. premiere of his work Big Space, for the Bang on a Can All-Stars and musicians in the round. The performance occurred at the Big Ears Festival in Knoxville’s historic Tennessee Theater, collaborating with Nief-Norf & the University of Tennessee Percussion, Saxophone, and Trombone studios.
